Project

Architectural projects

Concept development, licensing and execution projects using exclusively BIM methodologies. Projects with soul, respecting the past and the surrounding environment. We are passionate about buildings.

Project review

Law no. 40/2015 of 1 June, under article 18(2), requires public clients to have their projects reviewed whenever the work falls within license class 3 or higher (>€332,000.00). Public or private, the level of rigour is always the same.

Architectural surveys

Execution of 3D architectural surveys using various cutting-edge technologies and duly coordinated with topography. A poor survey can compromise all future projects.

Measurements and specifications

A project consists of drawings, but also specifications and bills of quantities. We minimise errors and omissions on site by drawing up accurate bills of quantities that evolve with the project.

Budget estimates

With accurate quantity surveys, it is possible to know the construction estimate at any stage of the project. On-time budget estimates enable assertive decisions from the concept phase to execution, with no deviations during the construction phase!

Project coordination

We use digital and parametric tools for analysis, control and management of designs and to optimise the detection of conflicts between projects. When projects are not yet developed in BIM, we use all our knowledge to coordinate all projects and teams.

BIM Factory

BIM Modelling

Full modelling from LOD 100 to LOD 300, integrating models from all specialities and from various software packages. From surveying to maintenance management.

BIM implementation plans

Preparation of the BIM implementation plan and definition of common rules, identification of collaboration formats, definition of workflow and collaborative management of the information process.

Model verification

Integration and preparation of projects from various specialities during the preparation and execution phases of the work, with 2D extraction of all elements necessary for proper execution. Verification of incompatibilities.

Construction contract negotiations

Competition programme

Drafting a clear and robust tender specification—whether for design, supervision, or especially for the construction phase—is essential to ensure everything is clear during execution. A well‑structured contract protects all parties and allows the project to conclude successfully.

Technical expert reports

Conducting technical assessments of buildings with construction defects, preparing reports that not only identify and characterise the problems, but also propose solutions and help decide on the next steps.

Contract management and negotiation

Negotiating is an art. Negotiating a contract and all its items is a huge challenge. We have a well-defined process with proven results. We negotiate unit prices to achieve the best overall value. We do not limit ourselves to price, but negotiate deadlines and all other conditions.

Safety coordination

The Project Owner is primarily responsible for safety conditions during the construction of their investment. From the design phase to the construction phase, we ensure Safety Coordination because no construction project justifies an accident.

Environmental monitoring

The project owner is responsible for environmental performance in their project, and if the project has undergone an Environmental Impact Assessment, it is essential that it be monitored by an environmental engineer. We also develop Environmental Management Plans and Programmes.
