The submitted project concerns the construction of an industrial building that the applicant intends to carry out on Rua Industrial, Barosa, in the parish union of Marrazes and Barosa, municipality of Leiria.

The building has a footprint of 6,635 m² and a total construction area of ​​7,875 m². The plot has an area of ​​11,091 m².

It consists of one underground floor, a ground floor, and an elevated office floor.

The floors are composed of:

Basement: garage, canteen, bar, medical office, sanitary facilities, multipurpose space, and circulation areas.
Ground floor: offices, sanitary facilities, reception, showroom, meeting room, technical areas, workshop, production areas, and warehouse.
1st floor: administrative area, offices, meeting and training rooms, sanitary facilities, and circulation areas.

The original project envisioned the building subdivided into 4 industrial sheds and 4 units. Following the handover, the various projects were restructured in order to transform the building into a single unit.
