The space to be renovated consists of a studio apartment with a mezzanine. Its date of construction is unknown, but it is known that it underwent major renovation work in the late 1970s. The aim of the project was to develop the dwelling into a single, more functional and comfortable space. To this end, a piece of furniture was designed that brought together all the scattered elements and allowed the existing stairs to be framed as a single, more contemporary design element.
