The project aims to fill the existing urban frontage, requalify public space, and ensure spatial flexibility, adopting a modular logic and prefabrication solutions for greater construction efficiency.

The housing complex is distributed across three levels, with flexible units (T1, T2, and T3) adaptable to residents’ needs. All dwellings have balconies and natural lighting, favoring spacious and reconfigurable areas. The Social Project, located at the level of Rua da Cidade de Tomar, connects with the park and includes a multi-purpose space with the possibility of installing a kitchen.

The intervention values ​​sustainability and landscape integration, preserving the trees and reorganizing road circulation. It proposes the creation of new public spaces and the optimization of parking, ensuring the functionality and cohesion of the built complex.
