The building consists of two juxtaposed volumes that are set on the first two terraces of the land. Both volumes have gabled roofs covered with zinc sheeting, echoing the image of agricultural buildings and ensuring a better fit with the landscape in an area that is still quite rural and which the PDM (Municipal Master Plan) classifies as a ‘Green area for protection and framing’.

The two volumes are clad in corrugated aluminium sheet, while the basement façades are clad in cementitious board.

It was decided to locate the building on the eastern side of the plot in order to free up the western side for agricultural use.
