The proposed building is located within the regulatory setback area and attempts to take advantage of this geometry to relate to its surroundings. Complying with the setback between the existing building and the path to the south, it is set at a level that allows for a more favourable relationship with the landscape. In fact, in order for the building to lose volume and impact on the landscape, the housing programme was concentrated on a single floor that was raised above the ground, diluting its formal weight.
