The work introduces some changes in terms of layout, mainly in the form of new balconies and porches, with the aim of making better use of the landscape.
The idea behind the project is to reposition the social floor in the place with the best view, also introducing a terrace area facing the sea. The private area of the house is now located on the ground floor, where the view is less favourable, but there is greater privacy.
