Renovation of three floors of the Encosta do Rio building in Vila Real, which involved providing the space with acoustic and thermal comfort and high indoor air quality. Although the design philosophy was based on open space, it was necessary to create separate areas for specific functions, namely reception, kitchen, meeting room, archive and data centre.
