The Encosta Sul Housing Complex is a residential project integrated into the Almada Integrated Plan, designed to reinforce the supply of affordable housing in the region. Located between Rua da Manobra and Avenida Torrado da Silva, the development follows the guidelines of the Popular Housing regime, guaranteeing housing quality aligned with contemporary demands for comfort and sustainability.

The intervention takes place in an area of ​​11,698 m², with a built footprint of 4,795 m². The project includes buildings with up to seven floors above ground level, complemented by basements for parking and storage. The housing program includes 150 residential units, accompanied by 915 m² of commercial and service spaces, totaling a gross construction area above ground of approximately 13,800 m².

With an investment of €32.8 million, promoted by the Institute of Housing and Urban Rehabilitation (IHRU), this housing complex represents a commitment to urban regeneration and the creation of integrated residential spaces, promoting social cohesion and enhancing the value of the territory.
