The building is part of a consolidated area of the city and, according to our findings, dates back to the mid-1940s. It was initially designed as a two-family dwelling, with the first flat on the ground floor and the second on the remaining floors of the building. This layout was gradually converted and adjusted to a multi-family building with three flats.

The design concept aims to restore the building to its original form. On the upper floors, two of the existing dwellings are to be converted into a single three-storey dwelling, strengthening the building’s relationship with a new rear courtyard, while the existing ground floor dwelling will remain unchanged.
