This project involves the renovation of a three-storey building located in the Burgo de Celas neighbourhood of Coimbra, where each floor contains a studio apartment.

Since all the rooms in the flats are extremely small, the challenge of the intervention was not only to ensure that the building once again met minimum health and safety standards, but above all to make each room in the house functional and welcoming at the same time, despite its small size.

The aim is to adapt the building to contemporary living standards through careful and rigorous intervention, seeking to respect the identity of the building and its location.
