The renovation and expansion project for the Este São Pedro school consisted of restoring and improving the conditions of the existing building, where an extension was carried out to incorporate the kindergarten, in order to accommodate the following program: a covered playground, a library, a cafeteria/multipurpose room, respective service areas and support areas, a teachers’ room and office, a reception area, two support rooms for individualized teaching, a CAF room, a SEN room, and sanitary facilities for the primary school and kindergarten.

The aim was to ensure new accessibility to the building, both for pedestrians and vehicles, as well as to create conditions of use for people with reduced mobility.
