This is an apartment from the late 1970s with a modest design and poor construction. The living spaces are small and circulation is through a rather uninteresting interior corridor. The main objective of the project was to make the spaces more spacious and brighter. Therefore, it was decided to dismantle some vertical walls, opening up the social spaces for circulation and creating a new relationship between them. The opportunity was taken to improve the electrical infrastructure and water supply network.
