This is a small-scale housing complex facing the upper part of the city and with a strong presence in the landscape. The intervention aims to protect and refurbish the architectural and historical characteristics of this complex, as well as its integration into the surrounding area. The different levels of conservation of the buildings, as well as the functional programmes to be adapted in each one, gave rise to different depths of intervention, all of which used construction systems adapted to the type of pre-existing construction. During the architectural survey phase, we understood that there were several discrepancies with the original building, which, when properly analysed, helped to lead the project to its final solution.
