This is a five-storey collective housing building comprising 14 flats of types T1, T2 and T3. Determined by the principles of sustainable construction, this building will be built using ecological materials and passive heating, cooling, ventilation and natural light techniques. It will also be equipped with power generation equipment and green curtains, which as a whole will reduce the environmental impact of the construction.
