It is an industrial complex comprising a greenhouse nursery for medicinal plants, as well as a building for laboratory activities associated with plant handling and cutting. The functional organisation respects the guidelines for production sites and areas for Medicines for Human and Veterinary Use, so all the spatial development was based on the study and knowledge of the flow of personnel, raw materials, intermediate and finished products. The main building houses laboratory and storage activities on level 0 and administrative management on level 1. The sheet metal cladding seeks to break with the traditional language of this type of construction by juxtaposing different wavelengths, which gives the building an aesthetic uniqueness.
