The proposed building will exist after the complete demolition of the existing building, preserving the ground floor and lower floor levels. It is set in a regular polygon with a front facing the public road. It also faces an adjoining building as part of a townhouse complex to the south-east and an access road to the parking area of the neighbouring plot to the north-east. On the front facing the city, a metallic structure is proposed that dematerialises the volume, reducing the building’s impact on the hillside, offering a privileged view of the city, in an articulation of exterior balconies, which filter and protect the interior spaces and at the same time allow lines of contemplation of the landscape. The proposed project bases its construction geometry on a relationship with the existing spaces, seeking to increase the distance and pursuing the distance in a balanced relationship with the boundaries of the various existing confrontations. The building proposes all the necessary living spaces divided into 2 floors, one floor for social spaces and the upper floor for bedrooms and private areas, with the only living spaces, complementary spaces and technical areas on the -1 floor.
