The proposed building falls within the regulatory distance polygon and tries to take advantage of this geometry to relate to the site. By complying with the distance between the existing building and the road to the south, it is set at a height that allows for a more favourable relationship with the landscape. In fact, in order for the building to lose volume and impact on the landscape, the housing programme was concentrated on a single floor that was raised off the ground, diluting its formal weight.
